Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
• Good knowledge on installation and troubleshooting of office applications (O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive) 
• Troubleshoot application issues internet connectivity, email clients
• Support LANs, intranet systems, VPN
• Experience in monitoring systems.
• Evaluate and modify system's performance.
• Maintain network servers such as File Servers, FTP Servers (Linux - Ubuntu), Email Servers (Linux - Ubuntu)
• Hands on experience in creating and managing windows domain.
• Require good command over English both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management
• Manage Petty cash, Pantry, facility, housekeeping parking stickers and general office.
• Explain Safety precautions to new employees.
• Arranging Event activities. 
• Orders Office Supplies.
• Courier/ mails management.
• Adhoc admin duties.

 
Job Requirements:

• Education - Any graduation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
